Mansfield Park Opera (on demand)

A recording of the US premier of the orchestrated version of the opera Mansfield Park based upon Jane Austen’s third and most controversial novel. Composed by Jonathan Dove with libretto by Alasdair Middletonk, this premiere performance was featured as part of the January 2020 Modesto Jane Con. The recording will be available through January 31st with purchase of a ticket at various price levels. The event is part of Opera Modesto’s Festival @ Home.
