The story of Persuasions and Persuasions On-Line is part of JASNA’s history that helps us see the genius\, the excitement\, and the growing pains of the organization and its members. \n\n\n\nSusan Allen Ford has been Editor of Persuasions and Persuasions On-Line since 2006 . She is Professor of English Emerita at Delta State University. She has written on Austen and her contemporaries\, the gothic\, detective fiction and Shakespeare.
